I am a bassist and double bassist based in Alsace, France. Since 2005, my work has taken me between concerts, recording sessions and band projects.
From blues-rock to jazz, French chanson to musical theatre, I look for the part that moves the music forward. A bass line, a colour, a little space: it all starts with listening.

I studied improvised music at the Strasbourg Conservatory and musicology at Université Marc Bloch. My instruments range from double bass to fretted and fretless electric basses with 4 to 10 strings.
My musical journey includes the Royal Palace in Kirrwiller, the Avignon OFF Festival, Rockpalast (WDR, 2020) with Véronique Gayot, the productions Rififi and Débranche, and collaborations with Ill River, Vitamin Soap and Pepper Club.
My recording work includes Be a Man by Véronique Gayot (2023) and À fleur d’âme by Christel Kern, recorded at Studio Guillaume Tell in Paris. I also record bass parts remotely.
I founded Music-Solutions in 2010, bringing musicians together for live and DJ events. From 2005 to 2011, I also created and ran Bass6, a forum dedicated to extended-range basses.
A note on teaching
Teaching and supporting other musicians have been part of my journey. I no longer teach: my work now focuses on performance, recording and artistic projects.
